Renowned US-based collective Infrasonic Sound welcomes mastering engineer and HEDD co-founder Dr. Frederik Knop. With this addition, the group of well-known audio engineers expands to Germany and opens a new location in Berlin in addition to Nashville and Los Angeles.

Infrasonic Sound is an award-winning collective of audio engineers based in Nashville, Los Angeles, and now Berlin. Dr. Frederik Knop: Mastering Engineer with years of experience
Infrasonic newcomer Freddy Knop brings years of experience as a mastering engineer and has a background as a musicologist. He is also the co-founder and was longtime CEO of renowned loudspeaker and headphone brand HEDD Audio. Starting in May, he will be offering digital and analog stereo mastering as well as Dolby Atmos services straight out of the heart of the German capital under the Infrasonic brand. The studio is equipped with top-tier mastering gear by SPL, HEDD, Elysia, Thermionic Culture, Apogee, and Zaehl Elektronik, providing artists with the same level of precision and quality as Infrasonic’s renowned US facilities.
With this move, Infrasonic strengthens its global presence and expands its capabilities, offering artists at any level access to world-class mastering and immersive audio services.
