Sharp Q soundbars ensure a perfect home cinema setup

Düsseldorf, March 2025 – Sharp, a leading global technology company, is proud to introduce its latest premium audio product line: the Sharp Q Series. Taking centre stage are two new soundbars that will be available across Europe: Sharp HT-SBW53121 (3.1.2 channels) and HT-SBW55121 (5.1.2 channels). Both models offer outstanding sound quality and impressive specifications at an affordable price, making them the ideal choice for audiophiles and home cinema enthusiasts. When combined with the optional Sharp HT-SPR52021 rear speakers, any living room is transformed into an immersive cinema with 3D surround sound.

Room-filling soundscape for a real cinema experience

The new Sharp Q soundbars take the boxset binging and film marathons to a new level. As the ideal complement to the new, powerful Sharp AQUOS TV models, they offer gripping action scenes room-filling sound at film theatre level. The Sharp HT-SBW55121 with a 5.1.2 sound resolution and the Sharp HT-SBW53121 with a 3.1.2 sound resolution provide powerful surround sound and an unforgettable listening experience. Additional depth is provided by support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio formats, which put the listener right in the middle of the action with immersive 3D surround sound.

Sharp also offers optional rear speakers for an even more immersive experience. The new HT-SPR52021 rear surround speakers expand the 3.1.2 soundbar to a full 5.1.4 surround system, for example, while transforming the 5.1.2 soundbar into a 7.1.4 wireless full surround system. The rear speakers connect wirelessly directly to the soundbar without any additional transmission boxes. There’s no easier way to set up cinema sound.

Sharp is delighted to once again have Devialet at its side as a reliable partner. The French audio manufacturer has been an institution in the field of high-quality hi-fi products for many years. Devialet’s acoustic engineers have fine-tuned the outstanding audio performance of the Sharp Q soundbars, with their upward-facing speakers. The new Sharp products proudly bear the official ‘Tuned by Devialet’ seal for the first time.

The Sharp Q soundbars have been developed to significantly improve the customer’s listening and viewing experience. They are the perfect partner for Sharp Q or AQUOS TVs to create a high quality home cinema setup. However, their universal connectivity and minimalist, Scandinavian design make them perfect partners for all TVs.

Prices and availability

The Sharp HT-SBW53121 soundbar will be available in Europe from March 2025. The recommended retail price is 399 euros.

The Sharp HT-SBW55121 Soundbar will be available in Europe from March 2025. The recommended retail price is 549 euros.

The Sharp HT-SPR52021 rear speaker is available for a recommended retail price of 239 euros. 

All models will be available in the colours Black/Blue or Grey/Silver.
