Immersive Lab Records conceptualizes music as an immersive experience in modern audio formats and with sophisticated designs. All releases from Immersive Lab Records will be available in immersive audio formats. Apart from Dolby Atmos and Auro-3D, selected projects will also be available in Sony 360 Reality Audio and potentially other formats – depending on artistic concept and distribution paths.
The digital products are complemented by premium formats like Pure Audio Blu-ray and high-resolution direct sales to audiophiles. First release: Tetsuya Hori – “Winterreise Echoes”
The first release on Immersive Lab Records is the album “Winterreise Echoes” by composer and sound artist Tetsuya Hori, released on 18th February 2026. The lead single “Between Breaths” is available immediately, providing a glimpse into the album’s immersive sonic world.
Tetsuya Hori takes Franz Schubert’s “Winterreise” and translates its emotional motifs into a contemporary immersive sound language between Neoclassical and Ambient. He reinterprets Schubert’s work and finds – hope, expressed as a vivid pulse beneath the captivating sonic images of piano and strings.
